Account and platform use
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use the platform only for lawful shipments and authorized business activity.
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect customers, partners, the network, or legal compliance.
Bookings and service
A booking becomes accepted when Adkams confirms the shipment. Estimates may change because of route, safety, weather, regulatory, recipient, or capacity conditions.
The sender is responsible for accurate parcel descriptions, suitable packaging, lawful contents, and reachable pickup and delivery contacts.
Liability
Liability is subject to applicable law, declared value, service terms, exclusions, and evidence. Indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
These pilot documents require final review by qualified Nigerian legal counsel before production launch.
