Information we process
We process account, contact, address, shipment, device, payment-reference, support, and operational event information needed to provide logistics services.
Location information is processed only where required for pickup, delivery, driver safety, or shipment visibility and according to applicable permissions.
Use and sharing
Information is used to authenticate users, quote and fulfill deliveries, prevent fraud, provide support, communicate service events, and meet legal obligations.
We share only necessary information with verified delivery partners, payment and communication providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required.
Retention and rights
Records are retained only for operational, contractual, security, tax, and legal periods. Access is role-restricted and sensitive credentials are not stored in customer-facing records.
Subject to Nigerian law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection by contacting privacy@adkams.com.
These pilot documents require final review by qualified Nigerian legal counsel before production launch.
